The Gate Tower & Courtyard guest rooms are located on either side of the Helendorf’s Lobby building and are ideal for economy-minded travelers who prefer to be downtown and close to the action. The Gate Tower guest rooms feature adjoining doors, making them perfect for families and couples traveling together, while the Courtyard guest rooms are ideal for groups traveling together that want to stay close together in off-river accommodations.

A fee of $30 per pet/per night is assessed upon check-in. In addition, failure to notify the hotel at check-in of bringing a pet on property will result in possible eviction from the property and a surcharge of $ 250.00 added to your hotel bill in addition to the daily pet fee of $30.00 per pet, per day.
