Our exclusive picturesque riverfront venue offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Chattahoochee River. Guests can enjoy a unique vantage point of the river during their special events. Open to nature and the river as it adjoins the Riverside Banquet Hall and Meeting Facility.
Riverfront Patios & Balconies
Seventy percent (70%) of our rooms are on the riverfront with private balconies or patios. Our location affords the best panoramic river view in Helen.
Kitchens
All suites have fully equipped kitchens, giving guests the added flexibility of preparing meals in their suites. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Cookware is stocked in the kitchen to ensure guests are ready to go on their arrival.

Select riverfront rooms have kitchenettes, giving guests the added flexibility of preparing meals in their rooms. The kitchenettes are equipped with granite countertops, a stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Cookware and utensils are available at the front desk for checkout.
BBQ Court
The BBQ court is located on the riverfront patio next to the breezeway overlook. The hotel provides two complimentary charcoal BBQ grills. The BBQ court is furnished with tables and chairs for your comfort. BBQ facilities are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

Our complementary continental breakfast has been suspended due to COVID precautions but we do provide a grab and go breakfast service. Please inquire at the front desk.
